“Richard provided some excellent copywriting training for a new member of staff who needed to build their writing for media skills. The training used practical tips and advice which had an immediate impact on the quality of her work. Moreover Richard was able to do the training at short notice, in person at our office, which was much appreciated during a busy pre-election period. Diolch yn fawr iawn!”

“Richard’s training was useful and engaging. Richard was an excellent facilitator and made the group feel comfortable during the mock interview activities. The prep work Richard had done ahead of time meant the training was tailored to the needs and approach of our organisation, and highly applicable to the style of interviews we usually do. Being a Welsh speaker was also a bonus, as it meant we could practice for Welsh langauge interviews too. Diolch gymaint, Richard!”
